Happy 2012!

That's pretty crazy, the fact that 2011 ran by us so fast. As other are doing at this very moment, I am going to introduce myself with a list of my NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS, which is so fancy that it deserved boldface!

It's not going to be much, because if I know myself like I think I know myself (which I do), then I have to come face to face with the fact that I rarely finish anything I've started. School, books, and meals aside, I get bored so easily. Be it photography, highland dance, swimming, writing a little each day, I gradually forget and move on.

This wouldn't be such a big deal, but the fact is I don't do much besides trying new things. Swimming lasted about half a year, lacrosse five weeks, writing a bit each day only a week. So I have decided that to kick my ass in gear, I need some serious motivation.

Maybe I'll forget about this blog in a month or two. But I think I can be persuaded to write on it each week if I get my act together - that is what senior year is all about, you know.

So without further ado, let me present my

2012 New Year Resolutions!

Write on this blog once a week.
Finish writing my untitled draft.
Focus ridiculously hard in school.
Earn more scholarships/grants.
Get accepted into all of my colleges (list later)
Finish my Gold Award project.
Forgive and forget past grievances.

And of course, the obligatory resolution of!

Be healthier.

I think that's pretty much all of them. Hopefully written out like that, it'll be easier for my swirled brain to keep track of my goals for this new year.

As for the list of my schools, it's really not much - a whole bunch of variety (large and small, public and private, liberal arts and good ol' uni). I've already gotten into three, received a grant from one, and anxiously waiting to hear back from the others *cross fingers*
